‘Candy’ variety is our favorite. Huge, sweet, and stores well. 40+ plants per bundle.

Yellow and White or Red. Pull early for green onions or allow to mature for a basic onion. 100+ bulbs per sack.

Perennial plant. Plant individual cloves. Harvest full heads and use. Then replant extra cloves.

Gourmet onion. Sold by the pound. Sow one bulb and harvest multiple heads. Store well for months. Can be replanted in fall/early spring.

'Jersey Knight’ or ‘Purple Passion’. Bareroot. Perennial plants that should produce for decades.

‘Canada Red’ or ‘Victoria’. Bareroot. Perennial plants that should produce for decades. Tart flavor which is great for desserts and jellies.

‘Allstar’ (JB), ‘Honeoye’ (JB), ‘Fort Laramie’ (EB), or ‘Ozark Beauty’ (EB) Sold in bundles of 10 bareroot plants. Junebearing plants (JB) produce there crop over a short period of time making them easier to process/preserve. Everbearing plants (EB) are a little bit smaller berry but produce over a much longer period for those that are going to eat them all fresh. Perennial crop.

‘White Carolina’. Sold in bundles of 10 bareroot plants. Hybrid cross between two different species of strawberries. Everbearing. Plants are more vigorous than strawberries. White berries tasting like a cross between strawberries and pineapple. Plant near everbearing strawberries for a bigger harvest. Perennial plants.
